Ever wondered how people find their personal images to use in their art making?
Would you like to learn how relaxation and mindfulness techniques can give us access to these unique and individual ways of working?
Interested in finding your own language to tell your own story?
We will use mixed media and easy fun ideas in a small group setting to start you off on this road to using your intuitive creative response to artmaking.
This workshop follows the relaxed process of Natasha’s “Intuitive Art Freedom to Paint” workshops where no experience is needed, just and open mind, and a curiosity to dig deep into your own creativity.
Natasha Day is a Norwich mixed media artist who uses her past life as a mental health nurse to inform her creative workshops. Please be aware, while not therapy, it is therapeutic and suitable for all adults who wish to use art for mental wellbeing and personal development.
