​Over a 6-week period six individuals have been encouraged to take a step out of their comfort zone and experiment with different media relevant to personal ideas and concepts. The overriding theme that brought the groups ideas, interests and experience together was Journey. Group members joined the Creative (un)Block course at different stages of their creative careers having taken various routes to get to this point.
 
Through the course and the professional and creative support of the tutors at Artpocket each member of the group has made huge strides, in terms of confidence, self esteem and ambition. Artpocket provided the opportunity to experience group critique, peer support and meet like-minded individuals already working as creative practitioners.
 
The work produced has been motivated by actual journeys, collecting objects, life rhythms, timelines and universal parallels. The exhibition highlights personal and creative journeys exploring the space in-between getting from A to B.
