10 part online course. Watch this space for the launch date in late 2024 Tutor: Hannelore Smith Follow the creative process and develop a sketchbook full of ideas and techniques... Responding to a theme you will make visual responses through drawing and mark making. Throughout the course we will translate these and develop an exciting and personal sketchbook with samples in textiles printmaking and stitch. This course is suitable for those who have some previous experience in textile processes but wish to develop their creative toolkit. This self paced 10 part course will be taught through a series of practical video tutorials and worksheets that can be accessed from home. There will be 3 live zoom sessions at the beginning, middle and end of the course -this is an opportunity to meet your fellow cohort, ask questions, share outcomes and ideas. You will also be given a link to a private 'Padlet' board for you to share your work and other relevant things you come across and connect with your cohort outside of the Zoom sessions. You will need to supply your own materials, an outline of the kit is given in the file below. You will have access to the online content to review and look back on until end March 2024.
